Riding Lessons
Cowboy Class training offers riding lessons to all levels of riders. Whether you are coming for your first lesson ever or have been competing for a while, and just want to touch up some of your skills or learn new methods, we can offer an engaging lesson for you from start to finish.
Our main lessons are one-on-one private sessions with a full hour of lesson time, not including tacking time. In addition to this, each lesson is objective based so that you really feel like you have accomplished something by the end of each lesson, encouraging you for the next ride.
Small group lessons over the summer months are also a great opportunity for you to come and make some friends at the barn, and learn from your peers! Small groups sessions will consist of 3-4 riders of similar skill level. Each lesson will be the same length as a private session, and students will be expected to be able to tack their horses with minimal help.
Private Lessons:
1 hour private session - $75.00
1x a week monthly package - $280.00
2x a week monthly package - $560.00
**Additional lessons can be added to monthly plans at a discounted rate.
Group Lessons:
1 hour group session - $60.00
Speed Event Training
Cowboy Class training will provide training for any western event or style that you are interested in. However, we pride ourselves in rodeo speed events. We have award winning barrel racing and pole bending horses in our lesson program for use, or would love to help you develop an award winning horse of your own.
Training / Tune Ups
While Cowboy Class Training has several wonderful lessons horses for students who do not have their own horses yet, we also provide services to those who do have their own horses. If you have a green horse who needs training from the ground up, or if you have a seasoned horse who has maybe just been sitting in the pasture and needs a tune up to remind them of their training, we would love to work with you and your horse.
We understand that each horse and owner will have its own needs, and we would be happy to work with you on a case by case basis. We provide the option to either have your horse come to us with a board plus training option or for us to come to you, for those individuals who have property and facilities of their own.

Play Day’s
Cowboy Class Training loves to get involved with as many local events as possible throughout the year. We travel to local events with our youth rodeo team and would love to get you involved. Come join us and make memories and friendships that will last a lifetime!

Horse Leasing
Not sure if you are ready to own your own horse? We understand making that commitment is a big deal for you and your whole family. We believe that starting off with a lease is a great option for those who are on the fence about buying or who would just like to spend more time at the barn without having to purchase their own horse.
After becoming a student, we would be happy to match you to a horse in our program and offer you a half or full lease if you are interested. Many of our students love the leasing program as it provides you with priority for that horse for all lessons, camps, or events. It also gives you significantly more access and time to that horse outside of regularly scheduled lessons.
Leasing is also a great way for parents to judge the level of commitment their child has, and for a child to prove their interest and willingness to care for a horse, before purchasing their own.
Summer Camps
Annual summer camps will be hosted by Cowboy Class Training at the High Meadow facility. These camps are a great way to get your child outside and spend the day at the barn! There will be a mixture of activities both on and off the horse, but all games and activities will be education based. Our goal is to not only teach our students how to be horsemen and women, but to be compassionate leaders. Students will spend a week with us in the summer, playing interactive equine assisted learning games, having a great time, and making friends.
There are a limited numbers of spots for each camp, so be sure to get signed up.
All camps are day camps from 9:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday.
